The company was founded in 1981 by Jörg Franke in Göppingen, Germany.

In 1995 the company Saxonia d.o.o. was founded as a joint venture in Slovenia.

The company is specialized in plastic injection molding.

Over the years, the company has developed into one of the leading manufacturers of injection molded parts in the field of fastening technology in the automotive and construction industries.
